Hollywood Guess celebrities are really trade into the environment sustainability bit, maybe after two movies the “An Inconvenient Truth and The 11th Hour” that citied possible impacts the earth could be overwhelmed with resulting from climate change. But it is excellent start…
Celebrity’s presence at the Oscars will have a chance to select from 30 environmentally friendly cars to make a green testimonial at the red carpet. From a line of plug-in hybrid cars including the electric Tesla Roadster, celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Justin Timberlake, Matt Damon and others will have a chance to select their ride from Global Green USA.

From Leonardo DiCaprio to Forest Whitaker, eco-conscious celebrities are increasingly shunning gas-guzzling increase limousine to ferry them to the Oscars and preferring greener alternatives.
And that means business is blossoming for Fray and her Three-year-old business Eco-Limo, which comprises a fleet of 14 cars all of which are either “hybrid” gas/electricity or run on bio-fuels.
“We’re dedicated to alternative fuel, “says Fray. “There’s no town car, no Hummer, no Cadillac. Some other companies have a small number of hybrids, but they have hundreds of limousines.”
Fray launched her film after purchasing a hybrid Toyota Prius, which can run for 100 kilometers on not as much of five liters of gasoline using a third of the fuel of traditional Lincoln Town car limousine.
Global Green USA begins the green limousine campaign five years ago at the Oscars to elevate awareness among the viewers worldwide about alternative fuel cars, energy independence and solutions to global warming. And what improved way to market the cause than putting celebrities in them while the world watches.
